My actually appointment was pleasant, however I was recommended an unnecessary procedure. I was told to get a breast biopsy. I schedule the biopsy elsewhere and radiologist there could not find the suspicious mass and recommend to just follow-up.

The human interaction experience was fabulous. The staff was extremely nice all the way from reception through two very kind technicians. My appointment was efficient and I liked that I was able to fill out the paperwork online, in advance. I first tried making an appointment online but appointments were not listed for six months, so I called and was offered a variety of times (I booked for two weeks but there were earlier options available). My actual visit to get an MRI was fine (well, as fine as lying in a box for 10 minutes with loud noises can be). I called the morning of and they were able to get me in that day for an appointment. The staff was very nice and the space was comfortable and clean. I was initially told I would get the results within 24-48 hours, usually within 24 hours. I've had to schedule 3 different tests in the past few months. I found the facility to be exceptionally clean and the entire staff, welcoming and knowledgeable. I've made requests for results to be sent to various doctors at various times, and those requests were handled courteously, properly, and immediately! I highly recommend this facility.

Had CT scan performed at the Cobble Hill, Brooklyn location and the staff made it a seamless process. The facility is very clean and modern. In particular, I found the chairs to be very comfortable which is important when waiting for the dye to set in. The staff was responsive and aware which was nice to see. They didn't make me wait any longer than was necessary, in fact I was seen ahead of schedule.
