I’m usually terrified to get a mammo. I’ve only had bad experiences of utter pain! But this location has the sweetest and most caring radiologist- Daniella. I asked her to have please not press quickly like all others do and she did!! What a great experience. She pressed down so slowly that it didn’t feel like it has always done in the past. She was so gentle and really listened to me! Kudos to Daniella!

The individual that took my appointment gave me an answer to my specific question only to be told by the technician that the answer was incorrect and I would need to reschedule. The technician did not provide any solutions only to repeat you will have to do what you need to and come back. There needs to be more education for the people taking appointments as to what you can and cannot do during the tests. There also needs to be some patron service training for the employees.

Very professional..clean and neat.. Well organized with a courteous staff.
