This is the third time the incompetent staff at Zwanger Pesiri has scheduled an appointment for an MRI for the WRONG PART OF THE BODY and without getting AUTHORIZATION FIRST!! This has happened three times in a row with me and twice with my boyfriend and dealing with the staff is exhausting. Twice went for an MRI on my hip. Both time had to before it got done. 2nd attempt was supposed to be an open MRI. It wasn't. Too closed .

Only care about your money. Very clear it is driven from upper management. Used to be a patient. Will Definitely be finding another place .

Fantastic greeters, clerks, schedulers and techs. Great system which makes getting appointments fast and easy giving, excellence service compared to other radiology places. However, radiologist have given me limited or incomplete reads missing key findings. Makes the ZP seem like a fast food joint. Internist and non surgical doctors rely on the reports dictated by the radiologist and do not look at the studies themselves so good detailed read is essential. Great greeters, clerk's, schedulers, and techs. Fantastic system which makes booking appointments simple and staff shows excellence. However, radiologist are often giving limited 'reads" and missing key indicated findings. What good is the fantastic customer care if the end result from the radiologist is weak. Truly disappointed ☹️. There are many radiology imaging places to go. Choose wisely.
