I went to to see Dr. Zwack and tried to speak to him about my concerns and issue. He did not let me give him details. He rush through the whole consultation. He just wanted to get me out of their as quickly as possible. I left with the same questions and concerns. Very disappointing. I will not recommend him to anyone
The office is disorganized and had me driving in 2 different directions at the same time which necessitated a second visit for a procedure. If you must go here, I recommend calling to confirm your appointments and locations prior to leaving your home. Also, the doctor has the personality of wet bread. If you like to communicate with your physician…this guy is NOT the guy for you. He barely spoke—not even when asked a direct question. Very knowledgeable, terrific "chair-side" manner. Clearly explained issue and solutions. Very comfortable experience.
Terrible bedside manners. Not sensitive to my issue I am having and he was recomended from my primary Dr. Not helpful at all and then gave me a Doctors name who is in Chicago to look up other reasons why I could be having my problem. Wish I would have looked into reviews before goingto see him.
Horrible experience... needed sinus surgery. He never went over my cat scan or surgical procedure. I assumed that would be done at the pre-op appt but a nurse saw me and didn’t know much about it. Then had sinus implants put in and 1 came out within the 1st week and the other was stuck in my throat by day 8. No one was at the office to see or talk to me. His nurse told me to go to the hospital where he was performing surgery and that he would see me when he was done. By 5:00 he still hasn’t come to see me and the ER dr had g... read more
