ZW Reno did a great job on my kitchen tiles. The work was clean, everything lines up nicely, and they finished on time. They were easy to deal with and left the place tidy after. Really happy with how it turned out.
Like other people have negatively commented, I would give these people 0 stars. Extremely disappointing experience with this renovation company. Waseem, who managed the project, showed very poor customer service and a clear lack of professional skill. Communication was terrible, deadlines were missed, and the workmanship was below standard. When we raised concerns, we were met with excuses instead of solutions. Based on this experience, I would never hire this company again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
