I love supporting small businesses
I have two ZVOX 157's and one just stopped working after I had it 9 months. Called and they immediately sent me a return shipping label (I had kept the box) and to my amazement in 6 days it had been shipped via UPS, and a new one delivered today - no questions asked. SO IMPRESSED with their customer service nd quick response.
I recently purchased a AccuVoice AV100 after reading about it in a newspaper column by Don Lindich. He recommended it and also informed me on how I could save $10. Ordering was very smooth an I received it in 2 days. The installation was very simple and quick. But the best is the sound quality is fantastic. The unt does everything they say and more. I would recommend this product to everyone.
NOT happy at all! I have a Zvox soundbase. The audio will stop working. I will turn off and on the soundbase. Still no audio. I then switch to my tv's built in speakers and there is audio as normal. Then 2 or 3 days later I would turn it back on and it would work for a while. I thought maybe the connection was the issue. I switched from an optical cable to RCA connectors. Same issue.
