RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!! The soundbar worked… until it didn’t. The customer service, however, never worked at all. Three emails, zero substantive responses. It’s amazing how quickly a company disappears after they have your money. I finally gave up and bought a Samsung instead. Great product and service. The small ZVOX 100 works better with my 32" Samsung TV than the $350 Samsung Soundbar I had before! Dan (Customer Service) replied quickly to emails, providing sound (sic) advice.

I have two ZVOX 157's and one just stopped working after I had it 9 months. Called and they immediately sent me a return shipping label (I had kept the box) and to my amazement in 6 days it had been shipped via UPS, and a new one delivered today - no questions asked. SO IMPRESSED with their customer service nd quick response.
I recently purchased a AccuVoice AV100 after reading about it in a newspaper column by Don Lindich. He recommended it and also informed me on how I could save $10. Ordering was very smooth an I received it in 2 days. The installation was very simple and quick. But the best is the sound quality is fantastic. The unt does everything they say and more. I would recommend this product to everyone.
