thank you zuzus for the evening i'll never will forget. from the moment i walk into the eden palace i could smell the scent of the lillys you help me choose. you made my wedding complete with the beutiful arragements on each guest table and the tender loving care you put into making my wedding so special shows up in all my pictures.

rude owner but good result so I can't say that the end result wasn't gorgeous, but while getting my wedding flowers done here I felt that the service was lacking in niceness. I only ordered bridal bouquets, boutinerres, and wrislets for my wedding. (we were DOI g homemade centerpieces) and I felt that the owner herself treated me like I wasn't worth her time because we werent spending a fortune. Breathtaking Sights There are a large variety of tropical flowers that I mainly come to this store to buy. They specialize in tropical flowers and I learn something new everytime I go because the staff can explain everything from his notebook. Very beautiful flowers and nice service.

lazy I tired to be nice but there atitudes are incredible. i asked for 3 roses and i went to the bank to get money came back.. he gave me 2 roses all wraped up and i told him i asked for 3 and he gave me a look that would make you never come back. I wouldnt buy from here again.

longtime favorite neighborhood florist After suffering through a fire that destroyed the 7th Avenue location of Zuzu's petals, many neighborhood residents were unsure as to whether the store would come back. Well, it has, and the 5th Avenue store is just as charming as the old one. It has a smaller garden, but still has a good selection of flowers and various gift items like scented soaps. Attitude Adjustment Unhelpful, pretentious and borderline mean. I asked the sales clerk a few basic questions about gardening, because I am inexperienced and am curious to learn. Instead of getting helpful answers, I got elitest attitude, implying that I was an idiot for not already knowing the answers to the questions I was asking. Sure their flowers are nice, but I won't give my business to people with that kind of attitude.

Unsatisfied with my visit My favortie flower is the daffodill and when I went to pick up a bunch to decorate my house with, I found many dead and discolored daffodills lying down in the store. The florist should take better care of his flowers. Very difficult to get service, Not recommended. It's just simply ridiculous to put dead flowers on display.
