I have always hated the doctors. But going there, they made me feel safe and heard. They took their time, and fixed all of my issues/concerns. I truly loved all of the staff, Kristie, my nurse (a true gem), Ashley and Sam. I am so glad I chose to come here. Thank you for your care.
This is truly the most caring practice I have ever been to. Especially Ashley, love her. Her whole team is just great!!!!
On the 1st day I came in I showed both my insurance information. This is the 3rd time I was in an now they tell me they don't take one of my insurance forms and won't be able to continue to see me. The front staff only entered in one of the insurance companies information, but now that's my fault. The second form of insurance has the insurance cards on the app. I provided that to the front staff in person when I came in for my first appointment. I love these guys. I read with great care the. Reviews that Charles B and others left with one star ratings. And I don't I want to call liars. But certainly the experience that i've had with Zuwa is absolutely counter to the one star reviews that charles and others gave, and I say that respectfully, because again it may have been a bad day for those guys.
