I was very unhappy with their service. Tried to call owner with no response with numerous calls. Owner claim he was coming to spray my weeds has not returned to do the job.
Submitted a request for basic lawn care and I got a quote back. I accepted the quote and said to go ahead and start services, and was told that I will be getting an official contract sent to my email in a day or two. It has now been two weeks. Never heard back, never got the contract sent to my email that was promised, nothing. I essentially got ghosted. Very unprofessional.
Called and talked to Nelson. He gave me an estimate for mowing my lawn, and I told him yes, I wanted to have him do it. He said he needed to get his schedule ready and then e-mail with what day he would be mowing my lawn. That was back in April, I even reached out again, to see if I missed an e-mail or what. No return phone calls, no e-mails, no show. I am very disappointed with this situation.
