I’m a fan of Zus Coffee, but this branch really needs improvement. Their restroom is out of order, and that’s a major issue for a coffee shop. People come here to enjoy their coffee, have “me time,” chat, read, or work—so a clean and usable restroom is a must. This should be fixed and maintained as soon as possible

If there was an option for zero stars, I would honestly choose that. I was really disappointed with the service. I understand that it was already late, but that shouldn't be an excuse for being unaccommodating. The staff came across as rude and easily irritated when I asked simple questions, which made the experience uncomfortable. Also, there was way too much ice in the drink. The prices went up while the coffee became more watery When ZUS came to PH last year the coffee (CEO latte boss) had much more flavor and was way stronger. Nowadays its bland, watery and lacks taste. PH ZUS squeezed it for profit, lowering quality but increasing prices. A real let down.
