Already order online before reach to outlet. After 5mins online order, i’m reach at Outlet. My order is without whip cream, but Staff still mistakenly put whip cream on my beverage. The most furious thing is, Staff take more than 5 mins just to clean and refill to whip cream dispenser just to make my order wrong. Of course He apologize and willing to take out back whip cream from my beverage. But If he know HOW TO READ properly, i’m already can save my precious time.
