The worker did not know what decaf is bila tanya “ada decaf coffee tak?” tapi kerja kat coffee shop. And near closing time 11pm, instead of ckp baik2 dekat customer sila balik ke apa (super basic manners), they turned up super loud Malay song yang annoying sengau2 rap acah cool macam kat club murahan. Adoii stress Oh lupa. Meja pon banyak tak kemas.

Mention twice that I want “Iced Buttercreme STRAWBERRY Latte” and the cashier reconfirm it yet got only Iced Buttercreme Latte
Public holiday, you could have more staff instead of having only 2 staff in the branch, with so many orders. Pity them. I ordered, in front of me only got 2 order but I waited for 15min.
Iced latte took 20 minutes to make. The staff seem to be intentionally working at a slow pace; long line of customers waiting at the pick up counter without any orders ready for collection. Pretty abysmal service although I would say it's specific to this branch.
