I ordered iced CEO latte and received iced Americano. Unfortunately, I noticed it when I had already left the shop. Question for the staff: how could you confuse a latte and Americano? Do you ever check what you send to the clients? The conclusion is that staff at this branch are inattentive to their work and don't care about quality. Bad experience.
