Such a nice and convenient place to get work done, and I’ve been a loyal customer here. The staff are always polite and the service is great. However, it’s already been a few days and the toilet is STILL unavailable. This really needs to be resolved as soon as possible. It’s frustrating to have to leave the outlet just to use the toilet at another shop, especially when I’m here to work and enjoy my coffee. With the number of customers coming in every day, a basic facility like this should not remain unavailable for so long.... read more
