You should tell your front desk cashier to fix her attitude and welcome her customers properly. She was so impatient, doesnt have a pleasant face!
Your SM BF crew should learn how to deal with customers. They look tired and unpleasant.
Lady barista looked unhappy to serve. Kept sighing when new customers came in and didn't make an effort to hide her facial expressions. She was also moving at a slow pace. They cant sell the cookies on display as they "just came out of the freezer" and they can't warm them up.
the staff (the girly on duty) is giving attitude. she even drop our order last time just because we told her that our order is for pick up so basically it should be put in a paper bag since it is for pick up and may chinicheck before check out. she also use a high tone, we understand na madaming orders but its not the proper way on how to communicate with the customer.
