8AM, 9 July 2026. I ordered 1 drink at 7.30AM and still haven't received my order. There are 8 other people waiting for their order. But only 1 barista doing everything. Come on, ZUS Coffee management team, this is peak hour. People need to go to the office. Please manage your outlet better.
The staff here are incredibly rude and impatient. Right from the start, I clearly stated that I wanted zero-calorie sugar. However, it wasn't printed on the receipt. Since the cashier walked away immediately after taking my order to chat with her colleagues, I had to double-check with the staff member who delivered my coffee.
