Probably the worst ZUS Coffee outlet in JB. Service very slow. Half an hour still didn't get order. I don't blame the workers. But the management really need to step up.
Yang pakai blue mask pakai baju putih tu malay girl .Her service so bad.Aku dua kali xfaham dia cakap ape sebab dia pakai mask suaranya dia pun x kuat,mcm tikus tau.Habis tu dia mcm dah lost patience.When i back to my seat,she gestured for her colleague to look at me and said‘hot or ice?blablabla’ then she laugh.My question is why her voice is so clear and loud when she’s badmouthing customers.Is it my fault that her voice is unclear?
