I recently ordered drinks through the ZUS app and had requested for them to be packed separately in two bags. However, when I arrived to collect my order, both drinks were placed in one bag. I politely informed the staff about my request, but the staff responded in a rather rude and unwilling manner. Only after that did they provide me with another paper bag to separate the drinks.
