Having great time there with friends and good drinks. Cheap and adfordable drinks.
Zero consistency and rude staff. Ordered Regular Sweet but got zero sugar. Staff refused to fix it and told me "not to argue" because he "knows the taste." As a loyal customer, this is insulting. Clearly, there is a serious lack of SOP and training at this outlet.
The drinks are good.But the two staff are bad.They are rude and they ignore me when i stand in front the counter want to ask for help.I've ask to prepare paper bag and straw for me in the Zus application but they didn't.
