Staff sangat tidak beradab dan tidak mesra pelanggan. Nak masukkan air dalam bag kertas pun macam nak mengamuk. Bila saya nak pick up air , langsung x inform mana satu air yg saya order. Biar je customer tunggu. Bila saya tanya air saya yg mana. Buat xtahu je. Lepas tu masukkan air saya dengan kasar ke dlm bag dan tolak bag kertas tu ke arah saya tanpa cakap apa² atau senyum. Saya faham kalau staff penat sebab banyak kerja tapi pelanggan pun perlu juga dlayan dgn baik . Sekurang kurangnya senyum pun ok. Minta tlg remind staf... read more
