I’d like to compliment one of your staff at ZUS. They served me really well while taking my order. friendly, polite, and professional. What surprised me the most was the beautiful latte art on my hot CEO latte. I honestly didn’t expect such a nice touch at a mall outlet. It really made my day and showed great attention to detail.The staff member was a male with a mullet hairstyle.I didn’t manage to catch his name, but he definitely deserves recognition. Keep up the great work!
Dari start buat promo Butterbear after 1 week untill now masih takde iced buttercream latte. Kalau tak manjang takde. Dari pagi check sampai ke mlm. Esk nya pun same. Tetap same. Takde.
I would like to file a complaint regarding the service at ZUS Coffee melawati mall outlets. The barista on duty was quite rude, did not smile, and spoke in an unfriendly tone. She also made fun of my nickname shown in the ZUS app and laughed about it with her colleagues while calling my order. This behavior felt very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable as a customer. staff perempuan 4p.m. wearing bawal so rude dlm melayan customer. like tak ikhlas and side eye ( idc if she have rbf face but actually need to be nice aah ) and air siap boleh kunyah gula we... please everyone have their bad day and this girl... just add on that bad day .
