The Zus branch is deceiving consumers by using TNG coupons. I bought a Zus coupon at TNG, but when I went to the store to use it, I was told it could only be used on the Zus app. However, the app required me to pay a second time. So, a cup of Americano originally priced at RM6.90, I bought it once at TNG, but now I have to pay a second time in the app?! That means a cup of Americano costs RM13??? This brand is using such low-level tactics to deceive consumers!! The staff's attitude was also extremely rude!!!
