Disappointingly I ordered 1 drink and got served LAST. Not clean and seats were all preoccupied so i opted to leave, and was waiting for my order thats when i realized 3 customers were behind me got served first. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Johna do a better job and your team next time they were just lounging while you were taking the orders. ZUs management please train your staff. I rarely leave bad reviews but this one i just had to.
We ordered via their app for the first time and we are just so happy that we got one free drink for ordering and downloading the app. We order Hot Sea Salt Dark Chocolate, Iced Matcha Latte and their red velvet cake. All tasted amazing. Drinks can be modified with their level of sweetness and kind of dairy used. This particular branch doesn’t have their own toilet but a nearby toilet is available. Staff were friendly and they promptly gave us what we ordered in a to go bag.
I ordered straberry series but no sticker sheet
For a change, I wanted to try some new coffee from other coffee shops. The coffee has two choices of coffee beans, the Boss and Lydia. The Lydia I think is something that has a lighter taste and Boss has a stronger bitter taste which I preferred. My daughter tried and loves their normal matcha drink, although they have many flavours perhaps we should try them next time. The place is quiet and chilled and perfect for us to relax after dinner.
