Very disappointed with the service at ZUS Coffee. 3 days ago, I came to buy coffee for the first time because I had never tried ZUS Coffee before. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. I called the staff a few times but was ignored completely. It honestly made me feel like I was treated differently, as if I didn’t look like a customer worth serving.
