Service is awful. I ordered a butter cream latte from the "coffee section" and the receipt read as butter cream latte. After picking up the drink I realised there is no coffee shot in the drink so I asked the barista to add a shot. She says no. I offered to pay extra for the shot of coffee but she refused. Never been to a place where a latte doesn't contain coffee or the staff are unwilling to take payment for a shot of coffee.
