Terrible attitude of the zurista here at Citta Mall, especially Fadz. Even though customer has some dissatisfaction or confusion over your promotion, you could have at least approach with a positive attitude and intention to help. Your initial body language and initial facial expression when approaching an already dissatisfied customer is really not helpful and adding more stress to us the customer. First and last visit, maybe abandoning the entire Zus altogether. Bad experience.
