Kalau service slow takpe tau, kita boleh faham order banyak ke apa ke whatever lah. Tapi kalau staff TAK FRIENDLY, whats your justification? Dah tick nak paper bag dalam app, tp tak bagi jgk paper bag. Kita tunggu je dkt depan tempat pickup, semua staf buat tak tau, buat tak nampak ye. Minta paper bag macam mintak emas. Senyap, takde senyum, muka bengis.
So far, everything at ZUS Coffee Icity Mall was great Both drinks tasted good, the environment was clean, and the service was fast. Overall, very satisfied
