Ordered a hot matcha, less sweet. Got a cold drink that was way too sweet. Totally missed the order. Accuracy needs serious improvement. Other branches so far serve drinks hot and exactly as ordered.
Not good service... App does not match the menu 😂...
Hindi naglolobby yung mga staffs. Super dumi ng lobby with all the leftover trash of customers. Cashier didn't ask for my name for the order, just puts dot on the name. Tsaka ang confusing na number yung tinatawag for drinks and pastries, usually they call out names right? Additional bakit nakasuot ng gold necklace yung supervisor/barista on duty?? (Idk if he's a supervisor, but i think he is 😅😅 vv unhygienic)
The cashier is gaslighter. ICED Americano daw inorder ko e alam ko sa sarili kong di ako umoorder ng ICED coffee. sadyang may attitude sya kasi habang nasa dining kami may second batch ng mga umorder na ganun din, wala pa daw inorder e narinig kong isa isa silang nagsabi ng mga order nila. went there Feb1 2026 around 2-3pm so kung sino ka mang ate cashier na nagwowork jan. mag training ka! 🥲
