Bad service and communication, lack of staff, ordered completed, waited for ages only to know later 'out of stock', had to change to another drink and back to the waiting list aka Q for another replacement drink, total waiting time > 1 hour...

Order air Zus tadi, minta less sweet tapi bila dapat memang kecewa. Susu pekat letak terlalu banyak sampai warna minuman jadi lain dari biasa nampak jelas lapisan susu dekat bawah, sedangkan tengok order orang lain ok je. N AIR RASA SUSU PEKAT JE Rasa pun langsung tak balance, green tea hampir tak rasa sebab susu pekat terlalu overpower.
