I went to most zus in Ipoh , but I think Zurista here some of them are very rude to customer, with no manners and soft skills on how to deal and talk nicely to customer. It ruins the customer mood and day too. Please improve. Overall some of the staff are good just there are not and need more training in soft skills and manners .
Service sampah. Staff lelaki rude. Tone rude. Staff refused untuk proceed buat air dekat cup bila saya kata saya terlupa bawak tumblr since saya tick on option “bring tumblr” . Saya dah banyak kali order dekat outlet” lain lebih dari 10 kali ye 10 kali. Diorg takde problem pon untuk proceed buat air dkt cup even saya dah banyak kali clarify dengan diorg takpe ke if proceed dgn cup then they said yes. Lepastu bila saya minta proceed dia refused and act rude gila dengan saya dan hempas” pintu chiller.
Barista Husna was so friendly and welcoming. She helped me with my order and made the experience easy because it was my first time visiting ZUS Coffee. Thank you for the great service!
this one akak (hijabi) is so kindhearted , i told her that the zus system said pending while i’ve already paid for the drinks , showed her my bank deduction and she actually buatkan my drinks that i’ve ordered and pay🥹
