I have a feedback about this shop, the staff is working alone so he was unable to smile and was unable to attend me nicely or speak clearly. I asked help to add sugar in my latte but he said he is busy now so he is unable tp help me. I pity him but as a customer I believe his manager need to be here to help or provide sufficient staffing. The q is long and only one staff working now. I hope Zus can look into this matter. Thank you

We waited at the counter for around 3–5 minutes while the supervisor was counting money at the counter. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from them, and we were completely ignored the whole time. It made us feel unwelcomed and unimportant as customers, so we eventually decided to leave. Customer service and basic courtesy, such as greeting customers or at least acknowledging their presence, should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing.

There's one hijabi staff yang very rude to her customer (which is me and my friend) *that one yg pakai tudung bawal, bukan turban* .
