RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before signing up. The sales person Bill is as shady as they get. I was mislead into buying into the contract. He used a high profile realtor and her brokerage company to convince me that this realtor is doing great on our platform. I was interested in purchasing a zip code only to tell me that this agent in which the Bill/salesperson is dropping her name is interested in that market to and that she was going to talk to her team first before she comm... read more

I am completely disappointed and disgusted. I was promised that I would receive seller leads in abundance. After 6 months and $6000 I have not gotten anything! I have received inquiries and they have advertised listings on my facebook page, but those have not converted to anything beyond an email asking for a market analysis. I have utilized their system as they recommend and have nothing to show for it.

A sales agent from this company called me today from a spoofed phone number that came up as AZ ST GOVT DEPT, which is what calls from DPS come from. This is absolutely unacceptable from a large company like this to 1. Be using spoofed numbers 2. To be spoofing police phone numbers. Why would I spend money on your services after you contact me posing to be an emergency services call? Disgusting.

Zurple is similar to AOL in the late 90s, to cancel service you need to talk with a specific person within a specific window. they do offer 6 month billing agreements/contracts, they are not clear about the evergreen/auto renew clause. You may think you are signing up for 6 months but in reality you are signing up for a 6 month contract that auto renews when it expires. You have two 30 day windows per year to cancel without a fee. Plus it’s extremely difficult to get anyone from Zurple on the phone. Buyer beware.

This company offers FB advertising and a CRM to gather the leads and send out automatic emails. The CRM works well. Their downfall is the advertising, I am spending $250 per month for advertising, the initial expectancy was 12 - 14 leads per month. I quit the advertising for 3 months, with new leads coming into the CRM, it is basically worthless. I started the advertising again in March 2018, being advised I should expect 14-28 leads per month. Today is March 28, I have received 2. Very disasstified with the advertising of t... read more
