I called as I'd hoped to get my lawn mower blades sharpened before I had to cut the lawn. No return call.
Overcharged me for a used replacement part that he found laying around the shop, worked on it for an hour and wound up charging me what it would cost for a new machine!
I was looking for a certain part for my lawn mower that I couldn't find so I couldn't fix it myself. So I called to explain to the owner what I needed and was trying to get an estimate on how much it would cost me and I had was treated so disrespectful and completely rude and he hung up on me without even giving me an estimate and all I was asking for was how much would it cost.
