I purchased three Queen Palms from Zurita Nursery last October, 2018. We dealt with the son on our first visit, who was very helpful and the father, owner, on the second visit. The owner had phoned to let me know there was a problem with one of the trees I had picked and wanted me to know he had replaced it with another.
