My husband is an OTR driver and we have had this insurance for 9 years. My husband gets hurt at work and has been trying to get ahold of his case rep. to no avail. She was supposed to send him paperwork and hasn't. We have called several times a week leaving tons of messages for the last month. She has not responded. So we've been paying this company for insurance the last 9 years faithfully, for nothing.
Do not get this company,they will provide for you any assistance with your problem..
I tried leaving a review with negative 100 stars it won't let how do I do that? Let me know if should of read more of the reviews you guys are not good . You didn't pay my claim because of the fine print in your legal contract which should be illegal but you guys legally take people's money. Short story if you buy anything from them have your lawyer read it just an FYI. They are horrible! Bought a policy for travel and the Canadian fires shutdown outdoor activities. They said I could travel and would not cover it.
So far my experience has been good. I would have appreciated services to be expedited quicker. I will allow some mercy. Zurich please continue to improve and I will send customers your way. Thank you, God bless
