This company is the worst company my claim took 5 months to give me my money back Stayed 2 months without no one contacting no supervisor no nun and i tried alot calling it didnt work in the end they gave me a supervisor her name is: “michelle celly” shes the worst she doesnt pick up the phone she doesnt answer and makes you feel like you’re taking money from her dad its the worst company ever i dont recommend it at all and i have proof of calls to show how many times i called.
A+++ A very responsive company! I didn't choose Zurich American Insurance Company. I think my policy was among many that were transferred during a a buyout. As such, I didn't have much time to preview, read fine print etc. I am very happy to say that in the past year and a half I've had 2 claims that were meticulously assessed by Zurich. Each claim was sucessfully processed and funds were quickly available. The only thing I do is keep accurate documentation and pay my premium on time! Thank you Zurich.
Definitely would not recommend this company if you’re an investor or even a homeowner. We have a claim going on with them and they are just awful. It’s going on 2 months since I filed a claim and still haven’t received anything from them. On top of that they pay poorly on claims. I had a water damage claim and they paid a third of my lowest bid from a contractor. STAY AWAY from these guys
