Unbelievably hard to deal with. No answers no call backs. They literally don’t even deserve 1 star! If you have them for insurance find another carrier. Highly NOT recommended!
Zurich, and their assigned agent, Jeffrey Crowe will try to screw you, even when their client is at 100% fault. I've been dealing with them for a month now because their client backed into my parked car causing my truck to be undriveable. I have had to repeat the facts repeatedly, only to have more stalling. Mr.Crowe even had his damage appraiser remove items from the report! This process could have been handled honestly and in less than a week. Instead they just prefer to drag this for days and weeks.
