If I could give them no stars I would. 4 1/2 months later I still was getting he run around when I sent the 17 pages of documentation and answers to their questions 3 times. Had to resort to the state of consumer affairs to file a complaint. The best company is AON filed the claim online and in a lttle over a week had my money back! I see all the complaints online they should not be permitted to see travel insurance!
This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone, and no one takes responsibility for handling my claim. Every time I call, I cannot reach the correct department, and my call is constantly transferred with no resolution. It is a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, they hire third-party companies to handle claims, which only makes the process even more frustrating and inefficient. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and accountability..

Do not waste you money. I bought their comprehensive warranty when I bought a new car in 2020. The car is still under warranty and they refused coverage for the problem i am having with it. Company is a complete waste. Save you money. Also dont buy a kia they are the same way.
