Serena was beyond unpleasant. She was rude, cutting me off from speaking, and being very snippy with me when I was placing my order. Today is my wedding and I notified older of this and she still made the decision to be disrespectful and nasty. Terrible customer service of all days.
I will never return to this store. The lady who I am assuming is a manager (bossing the other employees around). Was so incredibly rude when checking me out. For absolutely NO reason. I grabbed some bags of balloons to buy and she was rude telling me that the bags I got are super small balloons. She was rude coworker when they asked her something.
