Disappointing experience. I bought a bouquet of balloons for my wife's birthday. The new employee, however, forgot to add the hi-float fluid to the balloons before filling them so by the next morning several of them were rolling on the ground and the rest were sagging. I took a picture and went back to the store expecting a new bouquet. At first they insisted I bring in the balloons for them to inspect.
