I arranged with the salesperson to view a car on Saturday afternoon, and he even replied on Saturday morning saying that 2:30pm would be better. However, when I arrived, the dealership was closed and no one was there. Later, I checked the messages and realised my booking was mistakenly entered as Friday 2pm — even though I clearly confirmed Saturday. It was a completely wasted trip and very disappointing. The communication and organisation were seriously lacking.
I had a really terrible experience here. They absolutely do not keep their time commitments. I dropped off my car early in the morning and they promised to finish by 3 PM. Instead, I only got a call at 4 PM saying they couldn’t complete the job and would need until 10:30 AM the next day. Even though I had work, I rearranged my schedule and agreed. After taking my Kia to the Zupps Mt Gravatt service centre for years I finally decided to can them and go with an independent service centre. I had service bookings cancelled multiple times as they only have one head mechanic, and if they're unavailable then they can't do the service. Also took 4 services to fix a check engine light - I was told the only mechanic who can service check engine lights doesn't work Saturdays, but wasn't informed of that the first three times I asked them to look into it.
