Very nice staff and great service for Kia sportage
Disappointing complimentary Suzuki service. I didn't receive a mechanical review sheet, unlike their partner centre Westpoint Autos, which always provides them for free services. The staff also seemed inexperienced as they almost charged me for the complimentary service and mistakenly did a wheel alignment after I explicitly told them not to( team communication issue). I recently had a very disappointing experience with Zupps Mt Gravatt Kia Service Centre regarding damage caused to my vehicle during a complimentary service completed on 08/04/2026. Based on how the situation was handled, I would not recommend using this service centre. I certainly won’t be back.
