I recently had a very disappointing experience with Zupps Mt Gravatt Kia Service Centre regarding damage caused to my vehicle during a complimentary service completed on 08/04/2026. Based on how the situation was handled, I would not recommend using this service centre. I certainly won’t be back. Not very good at communicating. Receptionist brushed my call off without even sorting out what I called about
I arranged with the salesperson to view a car on Saturday afternoon, and he even replied on Saturday morning saying that 2:30pm would be better. However, when I arrived, the dealership was closed and no one was there. Later, I checked the messages and realised my booking was mistakenly entered as Friday 2pm — even though I clearly confirmed Saturday. It was a completely wasted trip and very disappointing. The communication and organisation were seriously lacking.
I had a really terrible experience here. They absolutely do not keep their time commitments. I dropped off my car early in the morning and they promised to finish by 3 PM. Instead, I only got a call at 4 PM saying they couldn’t complete the job and would need until 10:30 AM the next day. Even though I had work, I rearranged my schedule and agreed. But when I called the next morning, they suddenly told me it wouldn’t be done until 3 PM because they couldn’t even finish the oil change. How does that make sense? It feels like t... read more
