After taking my Kia to the Zupps Mt Gravatt service centre for years I finally decided to can them and go with an independent service centre. I had service bookings cancelled multiple times as they only have one head mechanic, and if they're unavailable then they can't do the service. Also took 4 services to fix a check engine light - I was told the only mechanic who can service check engine lights doesn't work Saturdays, but wasn't informed of that the first three times I asked them to look into it.
