This Subaru dealership is extremely unethical. Because my finance application was declined, I was unable to purchase the car from them. After that, they refused to refund my deposit, even though the contract clearly states that the deposit should be refunded if the finance application is not approved. I originally chose them because they were close to my home, but I didn’t realize they had the lowest ratings among all Subaru dealerships.
I had my Forester serviced recently and everything was done as one would expect. Booking online was easy, reception was efficient and friendly, service done as requested and completed earlier than expected and price as per capped servicing. After this experience I will return.
booked my car in for a service and dropped it off at 8:00 am. I was informed that I would need to leave the car there until 3:00 pm. However, I was expecting to receive a quote by at least 11:00 am. By 1:00 pm, I still had not received any quote or update, so I decided to collect my car instead. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service and do not believe I would use this service again, as I did not feel the experience met my expectations.
