I purchased a second hand van from these guys, 4 years of hell, 8 breakdowns, 3 times they replaced the cylinder head, its broken down again for the same reason and now the general manager says bad luck, can't recomend these guys at all
Bad service experience. Sitting there for 15 mins nobody help. Asked 3 different staffs they either told me they don’t in charge with that or ask me to wait for others. Full of staffs in office but no body bother to help.

I known and dealt with Chris Parr since 2020 and have found him to always be helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I believe he will.always give honest answers you have about any model of Subaru.
