Review Summary: Terrible efficiency and shocking financial negligence. I had a 10:00 AM booking for a routine service on my 2022 Outback. Despite arriving early, I was forced to wait over 6 hours at the dealership. What’s the point of a booking system if the car isn't touched for hours? More seriously, the staff charged me $425.75 for another customer's service because they failed to verify my name or registration. A brilliant experience not felt ever by any other car sales dealership. I was looking to purchase my first hybrid and was very sceptical on whether or not it was right for me. Fortunately, I met Mark in Service, Mt gravatt and also has a wealth of knowledge of over 30 years in the car industry and his knowledge of the mechanical and engineering of these cars was really valuable.
