We just bought a demo Kia Seltos from Zupps, at Mount Gravatt, and we were helped by Layla. She gave impeccable service from start to finish. From the first enquiry over the phone to the day we collected the car, Layla was always there to answer our questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and on handover, she went through all the necessary information with us. I couldn't speak more highly of a sales associte named Nathan, he is very knowledgeable and would suggest the perfect car tailored to your living. He is very helpful which he helped me work out a perfect price for my new car. I bought a second hand Kia Stinger from this dealership. I explicitly asked if it had ever been used as a Police Car or fleet car. They told me, it had never been a police car or fleet car, in fact, the previous owner was an older lady who wanted to get a more comfortable car. I checked through all the documents, receipts, all was fine but it did lack a lot of records. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service I recently contacted Zupps Mt Gravatt Kia to enquire about purchasing a new Kia Picanto GT-Line. I first called on a Thursday and was told the salesman was busy, but he did return my call later that day.
