Terrible experience. All set to buy a car then they tell me the GM has indicated the car can't be sold. Told them was a birthday present for Mum and did they have any cars of the make and model to which they said I would need to wait for the next shipment. Called Kia Northside they had heaps of cars of the same make ad model and were great to deal with.
Nathan was excellent and set up the new car with no hurry or fuss. He kept us informed while dealing with him throughout the whole purchasing process & would recommend him.
Leo and the team at Mt Gravatt Kia are exceptional. I don't write reviews on sales people often, but Leo went well and above in the line of duty and genuinely helped us find the perfect car at a great price.
