Extremely disappointed. I was promised a replacement for my passenger-side sun visor and trunk button for SPORTAGE under warranty 6 months ago. I’ve called 6+ times, always told they’ll call back, but no one ever has. Very poor customer service.
We just bought a demo Kia Seltos from Zupps, at Mount Gravatt, and we were helped by Layla. She gave impeccable service from start to finish. From the first enquiry over the phone to the day we collected the car, Layla was always there to answer our questions. I bought a second hand Kia Stinger from this dealership. I explicitly asked if it had ever been used as a Police Car or fleet car. They told me, it had never been a police car or fleet car, in fact, the previous owner was an older lady who wanted to get a more comfortable car. I checked through all the documents, receipts, all was fine but it did lack a lot of records.
