The customer service is atrocious. At a routine service (which they never called to say was finished) I notified the team of an unusual sound. Made an enquiry about a vehicle. Received numerous txt messages and emails from someone called Horizon. They wanted to check when I would be at the dealership to view the vehicle as it was not at the yard. I also had to wait to get the photos of the vehicle. I was also encouraged to put down a holding deposit, and after checking the terms and conditions couldn't meet those terms so couldn't put down a deposit. I went there recently, put a deposit down. Waited 2 weeks for it to be "road worthy". Less then a month later it had to go back due to it not being able to drive more then 5 mins without over heating. Took them a month to get it in. And then anouther week to dignous the issue, then abouther 2 to fix it. I was clear it should be fixed under the by law warranty. They tried to screw me over on that to.
