An all round disappointing experience with Zupps. Poor customer service and communication. We bought a used car about 6 weeks ago. Had to chase them repeatedly for the contract, they delayed pick up twice and every time they said they’d call back they didn’t. Then to make matters worse, the car has an issue. We live 70kms away and it’s 1-2 hours each way to get to Zupps depending on traffic. I’ve been back twice and had to wait around for 6 hours with a 5 month old baby as a loan car is a 6 week wait. Really poor experience when dealing with their sales team. Made a commitment to buy a vehicle and they went and sold it with very minimal communication. I would personally never deal with these guys ever again.
BEWARE! READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM. A few points I wish I knew first, then the story. 1) The Mechanical Warranty will tie you into using their service centre (otherwise it is cancelled) what they don't tell you is that their labour costs are astronomical and higher than standard. 2) Confirmed by another mechanic that I had purchased the car with a leaking radiator. This isn't illegal for them to do though... 3) "Refund" is not in their vocabulary unless you get fair work onto them, which is what I did and got some back. 4)... read more
