Worst customer service, i am required to be given second key of my car, its been more than a year. Will suggest people to stay away from this dealership
Went here last week to buy a car! What a ghost town, no staff or customers seen! I sat in the car (Suzuki Jimny) opened every door waiting to be served as I want to buy a Suzuki, so I left after not being approached or helped. I went to GMV on Tuesday a guy came out within 1 minute of me walking in and was super helpful, not pushy. I went back to Suzuki Aspley today at 1120 looked through the Suzuki Jimny again by myself. Generally horrible experience and worst communication from the team last week. Brought my car in to be diagnosed after making a weird noise, was told it was have it back at lunch. No communication was made until i messaged to check up, was told i could collect in the morning. The following day I message again to be told it needs repairs, I agree to the repairs but am not told anything about this issue or timeframe. Zupps have the car for 8days with no communication. I came here ready to buy a Suzuki, but ended up leaving with a Toyota instead (even though it cost more). The service was terrible and the sales manager’s disrespectful attitude was unacceptable. I went straight to another dealer and bought my car without issues. Now I see why Suzuki isn’t more popular, despite making reliable and affordable cars.
