I was looking for a care and spotted on the parking lot while driving. I approached the dealer venue and asked Nick Hill for some information and despite being busy with other customers he demonstrated professionalism and availability to show me the vehicle and have a driving test. Nick was accomodating, professional and offered a good deal. Despite some issues occurred with the paper work Nick managed to deliver the vehicle to my doorstep which was much appreciated.
I had my service at Zupps Jan 2024 and they have mistaken my model and odometer with someone else and gave me a 90000Km Swift service for my 2022 Baleno (20000Km). They claimed the service would be the same and would not re-service my car. They also stamped all over my logbook from 30K to 90K, which I should receive my second stamp only. I requested to have my logbook replaced and waited. I tried calling on phone, leaving message on their page, and visiting their outlet several times throughout the year but nothing happened ... read more
