Very poor communication, when the customer service tells me, he will contact me update me regarding my car which has been sitting with them for a week now, with out providing a loan car. When called , was always on hold for long time . I am left without a car for the weekend making life difficult. Not even having the courtesy to arrange a loan car. This was the first place I’ve encountered where the responsibility is put entirely on the client to check the terms and conditions — even if you weren’t given them at the time of signing. If you try to cancel the contract and mention that the terms and conditions weren’t provided, you may be accused of lying. They claim it’s not their responsibility to provide all the contract details upfront. Service centre has had our car for 5 weeks now with no resolution. It's under warranty but they aren't working on it since they don't make money off warranties. Under consumer law, we now have the right to ask for a brand new car, or a full refund. We have now done that, with no response of cause like usual, but a complaint to the department of fair trading has now been made. QCAT is next. The sales manager at Nissan should not be in that position at all. He is rude and the pressure to get you to sign is not acceptable. Not to mention he was trying to rip me off, charging me between $5k and $10k to much for ute that has been on their floor since 2023 and has 5000 + km on it. I would highly recommend sacking him and making Luke the manager. He is always a delight to deal with.
