We are Thrilled to announce we had bad service from Zupps Aspley Lack of communication Manager walk and talk like Mafia King Bad attitude,Careless-non welcoming Never reply for msgs or answer calls Will never return to this place again Hopefully General Manager of company action this to get rid of rude staff.

I’m very disappointed and the level of Communication was just not good enough. Our jeep was dropped off Monday with the intention of collecting Friday. We are aware of the changing situation with Cyclone Alfred and were hoping for a phone call to be updated and potentially collect today(Thursday)We have essential items that Are in our Jeep that could be useful for when Alfred hits. I recently had my Jeep here for a service and review of some faults and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I reported a check engine light and other items highlighting the car was unsafe to drive. I was assured my car would be ready the same afternoon, but there was no communication or updates. I had to chase them for an update, only to receive vague responses, ultimately being directed to make my way there to pick up the car. Communication is absolutely terrible. I called about 4 times for booking and no answer. Also tried booking online twice and got no reply back. Finally booked the car in for service and they texted me a few hours later telling me what needed to be done and I replied back saying go ahead. About 2h later they called me to confirm if they could fix the car as they didn’t hear back from me (even though I texted them back straight away). There needs to be more communication between service management and customers. Took my car in a couple of weeks ago and I spent all day at Chermside shopping centre only to be told I'd have to leave the car overnight Was asked if I can get a train home, but no rail in Greenbank so I took the car home Seems that everyone is asked to leave their cars all day. However when told that it would be finished by 3pm I had to wait until 5:30 before car was ready Nice people but just tell customers the truth
