We had a great experience buying our new Grand Cherokee from here, Solomon was a great salesman (I'll keep my mouth shut about his manager) , he was upfront and we walked away with a deal we were happy with. We plan on getting our service done here so hopefully the good experience continued. Hopefully Jeep can weather the storm and survive in Australia as I think they make great vehicles... Hurry up and get that Hurricane turbo 6 in the grand Cherokees and you might actually have a seller again in our market 🤞
Recently had a major issue with our 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Super impressed with the service from Sarah - from start to finish Sarah was super helpful and responsive working with us and FCA to obtain an out of warranty repair at no cost to us. I had very low expectations of great service based on some of the reviews I'd read, but Sarah smashed it out the park. Thank you!
