I had my car booked in for it's regular service and was looked after by Dave. He was very friendly and efficient on drop off, kept me posted on progress throughout the day and was very accommodating to get my car back to me on the same day even when extra parts needed replacing in my car pushing the time out. In hindsight, I should have done more research—but hey, lesson learned. Fast forward to today, and my engine has completely failed. If you’re considering buying a Hyundai, or if you already own one, keep reading. Strike One: Finance Drama The finance deal was a stitch-up from the start—huge admin fees, excessive costs, and all the fine print tricks you’d expect. Strike Tw... read more
