Booked my car in for a service because a sensor needed fixing. Charged me $600 and didn’t fix the sensor. Wrote it on the invoice as something they ‘recommend doing’. Duh. I was told Emma would call me when she got in to arrange a time to fix it. Not only did she not call me, she hung up on me twice when I tried to call, finally said ‘oh I don’t know what happened there’ like I didn’t hear the phone hang up each time.
