Very polite staff and car serviced on time.
I couldn’t have asked for better service, given by Nick, he was so helpful, my husband and I felt so comfortable dealing with him. I will be recommending him to my friends.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the 'service department'. Constantly told I would receive a call back within same or next day and they never call. Waiting on parts ordered from Korea and told multiple ETA dates, ETA passes and we have to call and get another bogus ETA. Took nearly 5 months to resolve. No offer of loan car or compensation. Honestly I will never buy another Hyundai again.
