After sales service is about as useful as a ute sold for its towing capabilities that can’t tow. They clearly have no problem taking money but don’t like to actually provide a decent car or the service you’d expect for $140k.
Absolute disgrace in how they interact with customers in after sales service, not only the staff, but the worst of it was the Service Manager. One star is generous.
Nine visits, no fix, and the dealership assures everyone that towing isn’t important for a ute. Groundbreaking after sales customer service.
Terrible, after sales service my ute has been in 9 times for the same warrenty repair and the fix they did on the 6th visit still does not work. Excuse after Excuse, vechile is not fit for purpose. You think 140k+ for "the ultimate towing vechile" could tow a standard trailer, but no.
Purchasing the vechile was fine, but the issues with it after are next level. The servicing team and service manager are no help at all with continuing warrenty issue.
