You wouldn't believe how they treat their employees. Eight hours full speed with no breaks. They cheap out on food and labor.

Extremely small portions and very poor customer service – I have previously gone to the Zupa in Draper once sometimes twice a week to get the Yucatan Chipolte Chicken salad. The add on portions are very small but I give up the guacamole and get extra portions of the vegetables. We stopped by on Tuesday night to pick up our usual salads to go. The person serving us was new and instead of the usual portion of one (very small) scoop of a topping she gave us 1/2 a scoop or less. I think they have scared the servers to give even ... read more

Soups are good but the portions are too small and too expensive – The salads are a good deal for the $ and they give you the option to build your own salad. However, the sandwiches are practically all the same with the muenster cheese and bread, like a Wendy's frescata that someone pressed into a panini grill. Boring. The soups are great but they're real tight about the portions and $5 is too much considering how little you get for a half soup. They must have a "one ladle of soup" rule. GREAT SOUPS!! – Great place and glad I found it! If you like soup, salads and panani sandwiches, this is place go. Love the Mushroom and Tai soups!! The soups are what keep bringing me back and the nothing like a strawberry dipped in chocolate to go along with your meal for free.
