I'm glad I walked into the realtor office in Ely and found Joe. He's passionate about off grid log home properties, and knowledgeable about the entire raw land to build process. I called him almost nightly while my family was contemplating an offer, and also afterwards during the closing process. He helped us with our 2nd home, and there's honestly no one else I'd trust more than Joe to help if/when we move from our primary home as well.
