Joe Rasmusson is a pleasure to work with. He facilitated the sale of our land in Isabella, MN in record time. We met him at the property, he guided us through the listing process, negotiations & then closing. He’s a genuinely kind and savvy person in the real estate world. Thank you Joe. D, M, & Scooby
I had to sell the family lake house due to my mother going into the nursing home. Joe went above and beyond to make sure my mother and the family were comfortable with the process and the decisions that were made. Joe was always available to answer questions and add insight. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible and made it a win-win for everybody involved. He also looks great in a moose costume.
There aren't enough stars to adequately express how excellent Joe has been in guiding us through this family cabin purchase. His knowledge, communication and personal commitment to our happiness, start to finish was over the top. This deal for us wouldn't have happened without Joe! We are incredibly grateful!
Joe Rasmusson made the entire process of selling our cabin smooth and seamless. He was very communicative, kind, and patiently answered all of our 100+ questions. His lovely photography truly showcased our very special cabin. He even promptly fielded offers and our counter-offers over a holiday weekend, which is way above and beyond. His humor made what could've been a stressful process actually a lot of fun. Highly recommend Joe and z'Up North Realty!!
