Sold me a lab created fire opal pendant and didn’t tell me it wasn’t natural. I would not have bought and have never purposely purchased a lab created stone of any kind. Maybe the price I paid was indicative of a lab created fire opal, but I wouldn’t have any idea because I have never done the research on lab created anything. Star "My experience at this establishment was absolutely appalling, primarily due to the treatment I received. The service from the woman in charge is beyond rude; she is a completely disgusting person who has no idea how to interact with potential clients. It is clear that basic professionalism and common courtesy are completely lacking here. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as their customer service is non-existent
I’m so happy I gave this store another chance after having a bad experience with a rude salesperson. She might not work there anymore, idk. The owner is very very nice. I brought back my favorite pair of earrings that I had bought in 2021 that the turquoise had fallen out of. They sent it back to be repaired in New Mexico by the original artist. There was no charge and the turnaround was just 2 weeks! I have my favorite pair of earrings back ♥️ will definitely be a loyal customer, what service!
